We have found that Autodesk Revit’s latest update package Revit 2019.1 includes several internal changes to the Revit platform which affect the functionality of MagiCAD software components.

Because of these changes, updating the Autodesk Revit 2019 platform with the update Revit 2019.1 will prevent the use of MagiCAD on top of the updated Revit platform.

We are currently working to find a solution or a workaround to these changes in the Revit platform. For the moment, the only method of avoiding these issues is to continue using Autodesk Revit 2019 and MagiCAD 2019 without updating the Autodesk Revit platform with the update package Revit 2019.1.

If you have already installed the update package Revit 2019.1, we recommend uninstalling the update package and reinstalling both Autodesk Revit 2019 and MagiCAD 2019 for Revit. We apologise for any inconvenience these changes in Revit may have caused.

If you have any questions regarding the issue, please contact our technical support services at: https://www.magicad.com/en/support/
