We have published a new Mollier diagram Web application for designers using MagiCAD Cloud and MagiCAD Connect. A Mollier diagram helps describe changes in air state as a result of heating and cooling, and they are commonly used in building services design for the dimensioning of ventilation systems.
The Mollier diagram application allows you to model four typical air handling processes—heating ,cooling, humidification, and mixing—and automatically calculate the resulting air state, power demand, requirements, moisture differentials, water flows and more. The processes can also be combined in order to model the complete series of actions from outdoor air to exhaust air. The limits and units of the diagram can be defined according to the needs of different climates and geographical areas.
