Global technical services team is responsible for owning and developing MagiCAD’s sales support, technical support and customer success processes and offerings – onboarding, retention, training, e-learning and presales for a better customer experience and satisfaction.

As the Head of Global Technical Services, you will lead the team of global experts responsible executing the aforementioned responsibilities. You will create a vision and a strategic plan for delivering a best-in-class customer experience that maximizes customer engagement and retention. You will lead the development and roll-out of our customer success capabilities globally. You own the customer experience processes across onboarding, adoption, retention and growth, with the ultimate goal of delighting our customers at every step, across all of our markets.

 

About you

  • Proven track record in a customer-facing environment in increasing customer satisfaction, improving adoption, and owning retention
  • Experience with customer success and/or e-learning for a software product
  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic action plans
  • Solid leadership and line management experience
  • Proactive customer value realization mindset vs. reactive issue resolution mindset
