    Our products and services are commercial professional tools, which are not intended for domestic, household and consumer use. We consider our customers as corporate customers; therefore, we processes the personal data and other customer information based on a customer relationship, contractual basis, some other relevant connection or your given consent. We may process data on other grounds as well, such as by an engagement made by you or our legitimate interest.
  3. Automatic Data Collection Tools
    1. We utilise cookies (including third party cookies) and other tracking technologies to make our services more user-friendly and to provide enhanced and customised features during your visits to our homepage and when you use our software or online services.
    2. Cookies and other tracking technologies are used in our pages, marketing emails and software for the purposes of recognising you and your country and language preferences, tracking your navigation and user behaviour through homepages and while using our software and online services, for developing of services, network analysis and marketing targeting. In order to improve the content of our services, we track the amount of time you spend browsing the homepages, the pages you visited, and the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) click streams you use when navigating through the homepages. We recognise your domain name and may collect your MAC address, IP address or other persistent/ nonpersistent identifier and information on your operating system in connection with your use of our online services.
    4. We track the use of our online services in order to measure user and company activity. The personal information collected in this context is also used to improve software and online services.

    6. We use ClickDimensions tool for marketing emailing. Opt out function is included in every marketing email.
    7. We use New Relic for software analytics and collect information on how you use our software and plugins. We may collect such information as timestamp, software application and version, connection, your market area, operating system, application feature usage, application content usage as well as IP address. This information is needed to provide you with better services and enhance the development process. The retention time of the collected data is 156 weeks, after that time the collected information is to be deleted. New Relic is committed to your right to privacy and certified its services under the Swiss-US and EU-US Privacy Shield framework.   4. Where We Store Your Personal Information
    We store your personal information such as name, last name, email, phone number, country and etc. in EU countries, including, but not limited to Finland, Sweden, UK, Ireland, and Germany. Your IP address, collected by New Relic as described in article 3.7, is stored in US.We ensure to take reasonable steps necessary to protect your personal information. We continually review our security procedures and mechanisms to ensure that adequate protections are in place. We store your personal information in guarded premises providing state-of-the art physical security and limited access to it.
  5. Social Media Features and Widgets
    Our web site includes social media features, such as the “Share this” button or interactive mini-programs that run on the site. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on the website. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
  6. Development and Testing Environment
    In course of software development, we may create a special testing and development environment for the customers, in such case we will use your personal information to create an account with administrator rights for you. In connection with testing and development process you may grant access to the testing and development environment to anyone you see fit at your own discretion (your employees, contractors, customers, and etc.). Inasmuch as we receive personal information of any added account, we will treat this information in accordance with principles set in this Privacy Policy.

    1. We store, handle and manage your personal information in the register. Our contact person is Customer Register Manager, e-mail: register@magicad.com.
    2. The name of the register is Customer Register.
    3. The register is used for managing, maintaining, and developing our products and services and the relationship between us and the customers. The personal information is used to identify the users, to contact them, and to provide them with information and notifications. The personal information may also be used for the purposes of direct marketing, customised advertising and content provision, and conducting opinion polls and market researches. We do not sell your personal information.
    4. The registered personal information includes the users’ names, contact details, employees companies’ names, the users’ roles in the employee companies, other information inputted by users, and data on the users’ activity within homepage.
    5. Personal information can be acquired by from our channel partners, agents, subcontractors and other business associates by any means of communications.
  9. Transfers and Disclosures of Personal Information
    1. We may transfer personal information included in the register both within and outside the European Union or European Economic Area in accordance with applicable legislation on contractual basis. We may share information about you with Progman Group companies, other companies, contractors, partners and agents that help us in our business operations. All such transfers is a subject of Data Processing Agreement.

Especially we may disclose and assign personal information to Progman Group companies, contractors, agents and other business partners for purposes which relate to our business operations, or products and services offered by us such as providing the user with product information which the user has been interested in or specifically requested.
    3. We do not transfer, share, disclose, assign, sell or rent your personal information to third parties, which are not in connection with our business operations.
  10. Protection of Register
    1. Personal information included in the register may only be processed by such people that are in service of Progman Oy and its affiliated companies and have a justified need for the processing based on their work assignments. All people processing the register are bound by secrecy obligations.
    2. Personal information is in electronic form and protected by appropriate firewalls, passwords and other technical means. Databases and their backup copies are located in locked and guarded premises.
  11. Right of Review and Rectification
    1. The user has a right to review what information about the user has been saved in the register by contacting us personally or in writing and signed.
    2. The user shall have the right to rectify, erase, or supplement personal data included in the register if it is erroneous, unnecessary, incomplete or obsolete in respect of the purpose of processing. If the user’s request for the rectification of the data is not accepted, a written certificate to this effect shall be issued.
