Kamstrup supports decarbonization with smart metering now in MagiCAD Cloud

Kamstrup has joined the world’s largest MEP focused BIM platform MagiCAD Cloud with MULTICAL® and ULTRAFLOW® products. The MULTICAL® 303, 403, 603 and 803 heat and cooling meters are based on a deep understanding of the challenges faced by utilities. They offer full support for remote reading for billing and give instant access to the information needed to analyse and optimise distribution network.

The ULTRAFLOW® 54 is a static flow sensor based on the ultrasonic measuring principle. It is used primarily as a subassembly of a thermal energy meter in combination with the MULTICAL® 603 or MULTICAL® 803. The ULTRAFLOW® 54 has been designed for use in heat installations where water is used as the heat-bearing medium. Kamstrup has been manufacturing static ultrasonic flow sensors for heat meters since 1991, which places them among the pioneering manufacturers of this technology.

Kamstrup’s BIM objects are available for MagiCAD for AutoCAD and MagiCAD for Revit.
