There is some occasional variance in sprinkler calculation results when the “ignore branches shorter than” setting is used. The variance occurs specifically in situations where the last sprinkler inside the design area is one of the weakest sprinklers and is connected with an equal tee or a tap using the same pipe size as in the segment preceding the fitting. In these cases, sprinkler calculation occasionally ignores part of the branch.
