New duct, cable tray and conduit series complete our segment series selection

MEP design work is precise, detailed, and often repetitive. This is especially true during project setup when adding segment series to a project.

Creating a suitable selection of segments and fittings can involve a long chain of manual steps: reviewing manufacturer product catalogues, selecting the right components, checking dimensions and technical parameters, and verifying that each item works correctly with the other parts of the system. The combinations are, of course, endless…

The ready-made segment series available on MagiCAD Cloud are designed to reduce this workload. Instead of building every series from scratch, designers can start from predefined configurations that already include suitable segments and fittings.

Our previously released generic pipe and drainage series have now been complemented by new duct, cable tray and conduit series.

By removing part of the repetitive setup work, ready-made segment series allow designers to spend more time on the engineering decisions that matter most. MagiCAD Cloud includes standard series as well as several manufacturers’ pre-configured series. And the selection keeps on growing! If there’s a series that you are missing, let us know.
