Perma-Trade introduces sustainable water treatment solutions on MagiCAD Cloud

Perma-Trade, a German manufacturer specialising in sustainable water treatment solutions, has expanded its digital offering by making key products available as BIM objects on MagiCAD Cloud, in collaboration with MagiCAD Manufacturer Services.

Known for its commitment to environmentally friendly technologies, Perma-Trade develops systems that reduce the use of chemicals and energy, offering long-term benefits for both people and the environment.

The decision to publish BIM objects is part of a wider strategy to support modern construction workflows. “By introducing our Perma-Trade products as BIM objects, we take a significant step towards digitalisation and provide our customers with innovative solutions that meet the requirements of the modern construction industry,” explains Tim Wurster, Head of Internal Sales & Key Account Management at Perma-Trade.

The move also responds to clear market needs: “Our customers need efficient and sustainable solutions that meet the demands of modern construction projects. They seek high-quality, reliable products that can be easily integrated into digital planning processes.”

BIM-ready product range now online

The first selection of Perma-Trade products now available as BIM objects on MagiCAD Cloud includes key solutions for water treatment and system protection. Among them is the Permasolvent Primus 2.1, a chemical-free limescale protection system for drinking water installations, and the Permaline Integral, a permanently installed device for water treatment that purifies, demineralises, adjusts the pH level, and optionally removes oxygen from the heating or cooling circuit, all while the system remains operational.

In addition, several of Perma-Trade’s integrated domestic water systems, such as automatic filters, refill units, and house water stations, are also included. These smart and compact solutions support essential functions like filtration, pressure regulation, and safe system top-up, making it easier for designers to plan efficient, low-maintenance installations.

Perma-Trade products are now available as BIM objects for MagiCAD for AutoCAD and MagiCAD for Revit.
